For the present, operations on the ground appear to be running in advance of this deadline.

PS: I do wonder if they've not already received some expressions of interest, which would help to explain why they seem to have been relatively relaxed about raising additional funds these last many weeks.

The last one was on 02/10/20 for £2.2m, more than 7 months ago.

It means there is the prospect of the campaign continuing behind the 1st well.

My point is that the share price is now 0.235p so the share's prospects need to be assessed on that basis.

Has nothing to do with now, with the price at 0.235p, except that there will be those locked in at higher levels who will be selling into any rise of the share price.

At 0.245p, the risk/reward ratio looks to be skewed in favour of the longs, ie. good upside potential as Turkey advances, downside risk limited by the fact that so much bad news has already been integrated into the share price..

As I said, I was simply trying to get a handle on the implications of Alba's RNS, I do not claim any detailed knowledge of TGR.

Trying to get a handle on the implications of the figures in this morning's RNS, been taking a look at Tirupati Graphite (TGR).

Optiva Securities released a report on the stock dated yesterday.

TGR "now expects to have developed 84,000 tpa of primary flake graphite production and 32,000 tpa of downstream graphite composite production by 2024 ...".

It looks as if the figures in Alba's RNS of this morning's are pretty big.

Note: until this morning's RNS, I hadn't appreciated Kalaaq is estimated to be larger than Amitsoq, Kalaaq being Alba's own discovery.

Reminder: First Equity's research note of 15/06/20 cited estimates from a report of 1916, as follows:

Bernard and Strache in 1916 estimated a resource of 200,000 to 495,000 tonnes at
an average grade of 20% graphite based upon surface and underground mapping
and trenching work, although this is unlikely to be based upon any drill core results.
