Re Ibug, he has posted that he owns no UKOG.

As last year showed, it is very difficult for anybody to predict a placing with any accuracy, for the very simple reason that UKOG publishes its cash balance twice a year, once with a delay of 6 months (the annual report) and once with a delay of 3 months (the interim report).

Well done for making a turn, but what I find interesting in your trade is that you bought back in again.

The Appeal court's decision last Thursday in favour of Surrey CC shook the market out of its relative torpor vis a vis UKOG.

For investors in UKOG, the timing was just about perfect, as the Basur-3s drill approaches.

Re the Loxley appeal, a reminder that is now more than a year old and that the vote of the councillors to reject UKOG's application was by the narrowest of margins, 6 supporting refusal, 5 supporting the application.

Volume remains good, 156.4m traded so far.
