He explained his order thus:

PS: I should add, one lives in hope of seeing the reverse happen one day, of the share price moving up dramatically from about 1.50p to about 4p!

Yes, Brockham RNS of 28/06/19 brought the share price down very sharply in the one day from about the 4p level to about the 1.50p level.

Just took a look at the 3-year graph, where 4p is still just visible at the very beginning and will soon disappear.
