Not sure the German economy minister, Robert Habeck, Vladimir Putin or energy consumers in this country would agree with you, Ibug.

Loxley is a big and potentially very profitable project.

UKOG is under no obligation to retain 100% of it and, imho, especially in today's circumstances, it would be surprising if they had not received some informal approaches from parties wishing to farm in.

It's a possibility.
Natural gas is at the forefront of everybody's minds at the present time and SS believes Loxley to be potentially the 2nd biggest UK onshore gas field ever.
It's a potentially very attractive asset which could attract the interest of others than UKOG.
The appeal was recovered back in January, so there has been plenty of time for informal approaches to UKOG.

UKOG control 100% of Loxley. In the event of a farm-in for a percentage of the project (I have no idea how likely this is), the futures price of natural gas is likely to be one of the factors that is taken into consideration in putting a price on the deal.

The 5.2bn volume day seems a long time ago now.

But what that session did show is just how many investors and traders continue to maintain a watchful eye on UKOG and are prepared to act very quickly.

Certainly doesn't feel like it, must be a pretty quiet day on the market in general.

Just trying to reconcile your posts, that you're not a long-time loser and that you have questions to put to the AGM and are, therefore, a shareholder.

I will let the matter drop. I agree, the board is about UKOG and not about individual posters.

Agreed absolutely, Mullins.

To some on the board, no, because UKOG's production of coal is zero.

To others on the board, yes, because it shows the higher priority the government may attach to energy security and its preparedness to take on the green lobby.

If that's the case, it's good news and there should be an RNS very soon.
