Agree with another poster, think Clogau may contain as much gold as has already been extracted in the past, about 80,000 ounces.

At £4,000 an ounce, puts a gross valuation on Clogau at the spot price of £320m before extraction costs, of course, but before, also, the Clogau premium.

Means the potential value of Clogau to Alba is well in excess of £1bn, much more than the net present value of its stake in GROC, about $200m.

And then there is Motzfeldt.

The stock remains grossly undervalued, imho.

Agreed, Mullins, it is hard to imagine more propitious circumstances in which to be mining for gold at Clogau.

We know the gold is there and, in the past, has been found in bonanza grades.

A significant find is likely to put £millions on the market cap.

Alba have always been extremely careful in avoiding unnecessary costs.

it is quite possible losses to date could be eliminated in the market cap on one significant find.
