Personally, I would have thought additional lending of that size would require an RNS given that they RNS'd the bridge facility of £3m.

I've had HITS on filter for a good, long time so have no idea what his figures are.

Mine are based are figures released to the market by the company.

Loan payable at 30/09/22:

current: £5.25m

non current: £6.3m

total: £11.55m

bridge facility (RNSs of 02/03 and 28/03/23): £3m

total of loan payable at 30/09/22 and bridge facility: £14.55m

There's 14.5m over 3 trades that have gone through after the close, all at the closing price of 0.11p. Today's volume now showing at 32.4m.

The quickest way to divide a board is to introduce politics - best to keep politics out of it, imho.

If we want to see Angus grow, then, with the share price at its current modest level, any acquisition is likely to be, at least in part, debt-financed.

So it's just a question of swapping one debt with another. With their forecast cash flow, don't see the current level of debt as a significant factor.
