anticipates a hot Summer and says some experts are predicting US natural gas prices could jump more than 50%, because of hot weather boosting air-conditioning use.

Plus the risk of an intense hurricane season in the Gulf of Mexico affecting oil markets, etc

So you are saying you have no evidence to suggest they have broken the requirements of the Companies Act at yesterday's AGM.

Please keep it real and avoid casting aspersions when you have no evidence for doing so.
