From the 10/07 placing price of 0.015p, UKOG's share price has risen to its current level of 0.053p, that is, it has multiplied by 3.5x.

It looks as if Shore Capital picked up their initial 12.8% (TR-1 released on 18/07) during the 1st placing (at 0.015p which raised £500k - RNS of 10/07) which would have helped get that placing away.

Shore Capital do not appear to have played a part in the 2nd, bigger placing of £1m at 0.05p (RNS of 05/08).

UKOG's market cap, assuming the GM resolutions are passed, becomes £6m with the current share price of 0.0535p.

Very recently, the market cap was below £1m.
