The market was informed of the deferral of the first repayment of capital 12 days before the suspension of trading in the shares.

This deferral was, therefore, in the share price at the time of the suspension.

The comprehensive restructuring should "materially strengthen the balance sheet, improve the Company’s liquidity, and create a more sustainable long-term capital structure" and with it, the potential for a recovery in the share price is there.
