Dilution takes place when equity capital is raised and there is no corresponding increase in a company's assets.

If the cash raised through an equity issue creates an increase in book assets equivalent to the increase in the capital base, then there is no dilution.

Alba's market cap is so modest that a declaration of commerciality at HH's Portland horizon alone should help to transform the company's access to funding,(assuming the bpd remain within the kind of figures currently evoked).

so, imho, a doubling of the current share price would not be unreasonable.

Given the speed of the payback on investments in Peshkabir, would have thought a case can be made for Genel to be trading on a premium to book net assets, not a 40%-discount..

They'll be part of Sainsbury's fleet of trucks, then.

Thought we would be at this level at the start of the HH ewt, not after the 1st encouraging RNS.

For myself, it's when it gets above 0.60p that it will be entering interesting territory.
