Peshkabir field is giant. When they drilled peshkabir 3 and put on production, Peshkabir 4 drilled 4km west of peshkabir 3. Peshkabir 4 is producing at 12000 bopd . Then decided to drill peshkabir 5, 7 kilometre west of peshkabir 3 , that is producing at least 9000 bopd. So even 7 kilometres from west of peshkabir 3 they have commercial oil. Let's not forget peshkabir 6 which a vertical well testing deeper Triassic structure at 4250m. Results are expected in Aug/September. If they found commercial oil at Triassic, with such a big areas already proven commercial, I wonder how big Peshkabir is. Story will go on well into 2019/20 before we know how big this monster is. Through 10p, the rise accelerated, because the price increments became 0.25p.

The £750m - £3bn range simply provides an indication of the implications of what SS said at the time (it goes back to 2015, at a guess).

The market cap of £300 millions was the peak price of 11p applied to the issued share capital at the time (so the peak market cap to date).

SS spoke of his ambition for UKOG to become a mid-cap.

At the time, mid-caps fell into the range of about £750m to about £3bn.

The 52 week high was 10p which suggests a mkt cap of nearly £500 million.

53-week high was 11p, but issued capital was considerably less at the time, giving a market cap in the £300 millions.

1/ increases borrowing capacity;

2/ puts them in a stronger position to obtain competitive terms on any borrowings.

Elsewhere, a successful flow test at the "Gatwick Gusher" oil site sent fracking (sic) companies flying. Horse Hill Developments, operator of the Horse Hill discovery near Gatwick airport, said that a flow test had demonstrated its capacity to pump between 401 and 414 barrels of oil per day, higher than previous tests.
The results sent small-cap companies with an interest in the facility higher. UK Oil & Gas, which owns a 32.4 per cent interest in the discovery, rose 9.7 per cent, or 0.2p to 2p. Alba Mineral Resources, which holds an 11.8 per cent stake, climbed 4.9 per cent, or 0.02p to 0.5p. Solo Oil owns a 9.8 per cent interest and Gunsynd holds a 1.3 per cent interest.
