Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Missed you Yellow you forgot to predict the huge gains we’ve had nothing go’s up in a straight line so there’s a small chance you could be right. I would say though your call would be luck rather than judgement if you get it right.
Stick around though never to old to learn?
Just looking at the ferry it would give you pure fresh water on tap and heating from the fuel cells.
Imagine range anxiety in battery powered ship would you have to tow them back or have a recharge vessel?
I do think battery’s are good in cars though if you have solar panels then green travel and no fuel VAT that will probably be put on hydrogen at the filling station later on.
I wonder how big a battery would have to be for a ship? I’m thinking hydrogen would be far more suitable an just see the problems recharging one at the dock and the next ship waiting to recharge for a week for a trip to China.
Yes I can see your point but ship in 2024 is a long way off. Blended to gas supply would be a lot sooner I would have thought. Plastic is a big problem now and PHE will get paid per ton to take the stuff let alone sell the end product electric/hydrogen.
Hydrogen ships they crash and leek would ammonia be harmful in the sea to wildlife?

Ah I see now green ammonia made with nitrogen and hydrogen I can see a use for PHE and all the hydrogen they are going to produce.

Ok as there a no links provided on how wonderful ammonia is I did a quick Google and this is the first thing I got.
Can ammonia be used as a fuel?
Ammonia has been produced and utilized for the past 100 years as a fertilizer, chemical raw material, and refrigerant. Ammonia can be used as a fuel but there are several challenges in ammonia combustion, such as low flammability, high NOx emission, and low radiation intensity.
Maybe not a silver bullet?
I might just buy the hydrogen cruise ship ticket that is when it’s built PHE tickets will pay for it.

Nice round up Kenny.
Just looked at part one of top 20 I have Zoetic as well not been in it that long but up and up.
Can’t wait to see if I have any more in the next part.
I have the feeling lots to celebrate next year and won’t lose sleep on any that tank can’t win them all.
Have a great Christmas everyone.
Thanks Kenny lots of busses and truck are going to be run on hydrogen interesting that they use battery’s as well. I think that’s for the high load for hills and pulling away and hydrogen will top up and run the truck when cruising.
I took a punt on Ilika shares a while back as they are making battery’s they went boom yesterday giving me two shares climbing over 50% in a week.
