@tomcat. It's complicated for sure! I'd say the likely worst case scenario at the moment is that either we declare the deal has failed or the courts declare they are fed up of waiting, and the $10m net of ore starts to ship within weeks.

If we don't hear news in the next few days/week, then I'd expect to hear news either through the courts or an RNS of what is planned next.

It's possible that if we supply evidence that progress is being made, albeit more slowly than anyone would have liked and closing with the banks is now "imminent" (LoL!), exceptions to deadlines may be extended, assuming there are deadlines to be extended...

I agree @Zoom. And it seems that some don't seem to realise that if the deal with the banks doesn't go ahead, despite us accepting THEIR terms, the court is likely (IMHO) to rule against them, relegating them to unsecured status. This would likely lead to further delays but ultimately might be beneficial to us in the longer term - assuming iron ore prices don't plummet! ;-)

Perhaps I'm strange, but when it's just been announced we've raised a significant amount from selling EMH shares I'm quite happy for the share price to be heading downwards. Makes it cheaper to buy more shares and in the knowledge a capital raise is now less likely before Amapa news lands. It takes two to make a market. ;-) Apologies @Frankie - I know you hate this contra-view!

At the AGM it was stated that $250k outstanding on the CLN, which is scheduled to be fully repaid by April this year.

I've got patience in spades @iamrich - you have to have invested in here! ;-) Though I wouldn't mind a progress update at the beginning of February (assuming the deal doesn't complete this week - which it very well might!), if only to say that everything is on track and that we are in the final stages of completing the deal. That would be very much appreciated @Kiran if you are listening. :-)

Times running short for the agreement to be finalised with the banks this month as was once forecast and reported in the courts last week. Will they, won't they? Surely February if not this month! March? LoL? ;-)

@bobminort. Good watch. I see no one was brave enough to cross-post to SAV. And understandably so! But they deserve to see so I bit the bullet. I'd hope if they'd found a video which was quite negative against EMH they'd share here.
