Hello @news. Indeed, the market isn't getting just how valuable Sonora could be to KDNC. My view is that if we pull off Amapa to become a £100m+ company in which the market once again has faith in the BoD, we can then finance our various Lithium projects to become £200m+ and beyond. :-)))

Hello @news. I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but other than the grey area (which is 50% BCN and 50% Ganfeng), all other areas in the region are now 30% KDNC, 35% BCN, 35% Ganfeng. i.e. the blueish green and the unshaded area.

Hello @news. I'm fairly certain the 8.8Mt (which refers to the 250 years) of resources is contained within the blueish green and grey area. The unshaded area has not yet got a resource definition. See the link to the FS in my 20:01 post.

I believe the 50 years refers to the 1,666kt of proven reserve. The first 19 years use 603kt of this reserve. Take a look at the feasibility report for the details.

The grey is 100% BCN/Ganfeng, the green is 30% KDNC, 70% BCN/Ganfeng.

The 250 years refers to the these colours at a mining rate of 35ktpa where there is a defined resource (measure + indicated + inferred) of 8.8Mt LCE: 1.5kt attributable to KDNC:

Plenty of upside as the strike extends into the unshaded region which is also 30% KDNC :-)

Hello @news. I thought you might like to know the article is referring to the size of the Sonora state, not the Sonora project which is 1.4x the size of England. It's a good article. Thanks for sharing!

I know, I know @mr.james. The way I see it is if we spectacularly fail then, depending on where EMH is at the time our share price might half (AIM!). But if we succeed, it's got 5-10x bags written all over it :-)). Additionally, if we announce we have been unable to finalise with the banks it's not all over, as then it goes to the courts to decide what to do with the banks whilst the $10m net of ore is shipped - the outcome of which might be even better for us! ;-) Just more waiting is the downside and the possibility of it not being better, potentially disastrously so...

Great risk to reward ratios IMHO!

It is for me! :-))) If this comes off, there will be some looking back at these posts wishing they had took the time to understand what looks like is happening. @MLQ I have access to a source which is receiving updates: It's dredge, then OD=DEV, then AS=CIAN, then NLLH=U. Take it or leave it. If I were you I'd lick before taking. LoL.

Conservative target contribution of Amapa project on taking 27% is likely 27% of $600m which is about £120m, add to our market cap of around £27m, and I'd be surprised if we don't smash a pound in today's market - we might even have a good stab at it on taking 20%, or after the scoping study is announced :-)))

Especially if you are wondering what value the market might associate to KDNC subsequent to taking our 27%, which should be a minimum IMHO given the strong iron ore prices and demand outlook. Additionally a hint on timing as I've quoted below. :-)

Interestingly it was the courts that put an end to our port watching fun in the second half of last year, but this time it seems there is nothing stopping that $10m net of ore to pay smaller creditors and progress the project from being shipped and sold :-))) Of course a last minute appeal to a higher authority could scupper us once again. But so far, so good. $$$$ question is will the deal with the banks allowing us to take 20% of the project be signed around the same time as @Kiran indicated? ;-)

I wouldn't want to be out of this share... I'll leave it at that! LoL.

Indeed @MLQ, it is a bit of fun. But VERY interesting fun at the moment, and if my source is correct and OD is for DEV's ore then :-)))))) I think some don't quite understand just how close news is THIS time - assuming it doesn't all fall apart in a heap on the floor. LoL. ;-)
