Its positive that the amendments have already been submitted - on schedule.
Its neutral that the gas revenue is reducing ... but largely expected.
Its positive we have no debt
Its negative we don't have much cash but steps being taken to ameliorate
Possible multibagger: The JV/takeover is still very much on the cards...good chance as soon as IPPC licence issued

But AIM is a funny old game and mostly on sentiment: when we had no revenue and a large debt with the outstanding CLNs our share price was multiples and no players in the background...hmmmm

How can a flip be organised ?
The RNS says a fixed price.
Is it custom to discount a large portion of a placement to large takers ?

Maybe they were broker or consultant fees in lieu of cash ?

To WHY Joe (I do believe Ronnie Corbett is no longer with us so clearly I have more shares) ,
I only used the phrase 'fairly large investor' because I thought it would help solicit a response.
But I do have a large holding in my relative terms compared to my other shares.
We could play the game is my holding bigger than yours and then you can decide size relativity.

We are still on track to deliver the IPPC responses as previously outlined.

A further update on the re-entry permits will be made when we have anything substantial to report.

The existing wells are providing income but not sufficient to cover all costs so we have made some cuts.

I didn’t present at Oil Capital as we have been conserving cash and focussing on the strategic review. I have done some other interviews recently.

Its not going to matter at all at the moment !!
I got no reply from Helium 1 web site contact form.
But I did contact their director on Twitter and got a referral to Helium 1 twitter - who referred me to their web site.
