I am with you AlphaOmega on voting against.
Our new-ish CEO has hedged his bets taking a large monthly salary (bird in the hand),
lower share options (future uncertain) and
large bonus if Rui completes (I guess because he feels it unlikely).
There has been no BOD Director buys in recent years as far as I can see.
They should have a share stake in the company future aligning with us.

I spoke to Flagstaff Comms yesterday and was asked to give the new BOD; LC &JB more time.
Leave the past alone so they can concentrate on the future - not of their making.
They are both experienced chaps; financial & operational.
They are our best bet for a success - which we all want.
The vitriol could drive them away and that would be totally counter productive.
I agree in this case - despite me having lost big in the past.
