All RNS says is 31 billion new shares ORD 0.00001 approved by FCA.
This is a different share type to existing ...
What does that mean for our ORD GBP0.0025 shares ?

Problem is I very much doubt Sophie Honey or any her cohorts will respond.
I have recently emailed Sophie Honey and her team and sent follow up email reminding it was her role as British Ambassador to represent British interest especially Ascent Resources (being largest ever British investor to tune of 50 million euros in Slovenia) copying in a letter from Sir Alan Duncan (I received more than a year ago) . I copied Ascent Resources and no reply from anyone.

I worked out a while ago, that Dave Sefton's 35 million shares were locked in until 10th April.
So small incentive to return to trading.

Firstly Iconic Labs is a main market not AIM company.
Secondly, its a been a year since the 22 Feb 2019 Prospectus change from Wide Cells to Iconic Labs was submitted
and a bit puzzling why the Form 1 'APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF SECURTIES FOR TRADING' was not completed.
Yet the FCA has let them the shares trade for over a year on the main exchange ?
Probably, came to attention due to near final prospectus submitted to the FCA on the 3 March 2020.
Should be able to complete the forms now its been brought to their attention.

Latino, would have thought SP would recover near that...allowing for expense of abortive deal....
but 6 months closer to Helium One IPO and Ruvuma license.

Pre-suspension the SP had risen from 1.6 in anticipation of the deal and license so the cut is not as as savage as appears considering the virus market conditions.
