For a CEO to sell at any time is bad and very bad when share at all time low. Hardly inspiring confidence.
I hope he is asked at ShareSoc (17th Feb 4:30PM to 5:30PM) and Mello Monday (just finding out date).

Although I am concerned at an II selling down with late declared trades after hours including a £760k 400,000 sale at 180p
and a few other after hours sales I would point out that two £50k marked red at 181.5p are buys.
I made third buy at the time at 181.5p as well , marked red, but on a much smaller scale !
As I am investing for company recovery lets hope its a realignment of II with same view.

I just bought a couple of times for first time.
Think there will be a SP recovery from this level but I'm not betting on how long.
Most bounceback loan banks closed applications a while ago...and be looking out for fraud more vigilantly.
Seemed less downside than upside.

I am sure you know WRES is run by a CEO who RNS declares a grant of 5 million euros and then a few months later says it has not been paid. Then takes a loan out against the future payment.
