WSG 35% discount with 44% enlarged share capital plus warrants.
Primarily to pay off terrible CLNs (take from PI to pay pipers) and their lifestyle.
BODs all keeping their head below the parapet.

SML CFO bought £75k and is tweeting openly justifying. Discount about 12%. I have some confidence and held but unfortunately less shares. Only £700k raised but specifically for mine development.

I have spread my risk among quite a few other shares and some are performing well.
So nothing like a busted flush.
