Hi Ian67,
I also have TNT shares with HSBC, have you heard anything from them? Mine are in an offshore account, they have just told me that they would not offer the MBF .
I am not sure if my next steps, do we have to receive the shares in certificate form and then transfer them to a broker that will deal with JP Jenkins.
I guess Tintra are waiting for the company to be registered before they enact the MBF. Hopefully we will be advised of the procedure to be followed. If you hear anymore from HSBC I would appreciate letting me know as I am stuck here in Western Australia for another six months at least so difficult to find out what is happening.
Best regards
OBNC
Sorry that should be 19th January

Hi elmstterino,
Yes it is worrying, they have missed the 9th January and 29th January timescales for the MBF to be available. Nothing on the TNT website to advise progress . Not a lot we can do I guess but wait and hope all be be ok.

On the JP Jenkins website is the name of a broker that can be used for the MBF. I am with Hargreaves’s Landsdown, they have told me that I will be able to use the MBF .
No advice given or intended.

I see that we are now on the J P Jenkins website as Tintra Plc “coming soon” . So some progress being made, we should hopefully hear from Tintra over the next week or so on the MBF.

Thanks Ian67 and Butterfly54321.

I have some of my shares with HL in a trading account, HL have advised me that they will be able to offer the MBF if and when it is offered. I also, like many here, hold some TNT shares in an ISA with Barclays Smart Investor together with Shares held with HSBC. Both of these companies will not be offering the MBF so I have started the ball rolling by completing transfer forms, to Transfer to Hargreaves Landsdown (HL) as they have assured me that they will allow the transfer to them, I completed the transfer forms before the end of December 2023 whilst TNT were still listed, not sure if that matters.
I have not yet seen anything regarding the MBF on Tintra’s website?
Will this forum remain open for us?
Does anyone know how we can join the Telegraph group forum, as it is very important, more so now, that we share information on what us happening.
My best to all holders

A comms group sounds a good idea, it would sure help people through this. The MDF will help and hopefully will remain in place for some time.

Appreciate the replies.
I intend to retain my shares until I get a clearer picture of how the company is or is not progressing.
The very best.

Hi Aidan 31,
Thank you for that, Yes we are locked in as you say. Can LRB35 still go ahead with the Tender Offer if they wish to , even though we are suspended with no Nomad?
Once we go Private, we will lose this type of shareholder forum I guess, any idea of how we will be able to follow what is happening other than to look on Tintra website.
Thanks again.

Like many of you on here I am going to have to accept the situation and hope that there will be the facility put in place to allow us to sell whatever shares we want albeit at a price to be determined.
Right now, I would like to know if anyone on here has any experience of owning shares in a private company who subsequently list on the stock exchange. Would TNT, if they relist on the Middle East market, do so with many more shares, than now, and if they do, would we as shareholders receive more shares pro-rata to the shares held. I ask this because if (and it is a big IF) they achieve their goals and we retain some of our shares, then those shares could be worth a lot more money. I ask this with good intention as like many here we are stuck so understanding our options is important.
The negative posts recently are quite understandable , however, some positive posts on this would, I am sure be helpful to all genuine share holders.
I am currently in Australia for another nine months hence the time difference.
Best to all shareholders.
No advice given or intended.

I also have a position with HL, they now will not allow buy or sell online.
OBNC
Sorry, I see what you mean about selling. I just tried to do a dummy sale for 5000 and could not, not even 1000, looks like we are stuck until either LRB make their offer or we get the matched deal.
Best of luck all.
OBNC
That 20k buy was mine which I bought through HL, no problem?
OBNC
You may or may not know, that LRB 35 only own around 7% of TNT shares and there is less than 30% free float available in the market so the chances of you being able to take up the tender offer must be high. Hope this helps.
No advice intended, door.

Thank you for your reply
