Very quite here, anyone have any news? So TNT missed the end of February for the proposed merger etc, and only 30 days left for THE MBF to be activated. Meanwhile I have been blocked from transferring any shares to Sharedeal Active where I have managed to open an account, until the “temporary “ suspension from the JP Jenkins site has been lifted. Frustrated.

I am still transferring shares to a broker that will ally the MBF, so I have yet to place an order, hopefully the MBF facility will be back on before the end of the 60 day period.

I have just seen the details of the Court case by Fintec, I have not seen anything from Tintra regarding this. When did they assure us that this was not a problem? I am getting very concerned now.

Re the update, so if I have this correct, we can place a sell order anytime in the 60 day window, then at the end of 60 days the shares will be sold at the £1.50 price subject to the buyer having sufficient funds available to buy all of the sell orders, if not, the shares will be scaled back , so either your sell order will be successful or part thereof .

Flatliner, I have opened a trading account for my wife and myself, do I assume that Barclays will now transfer our TNT shares to the new accounts as soon as, or do I need to call them to do it? Any help appreciated.

Both my wife and I have shared in an ISA with Barclays Smart Investor, they have provided no information. Unfortunately, I am stuck here in Australia and could not get through to Barclays. Would you mind letting me know how you get on.

On the update from Tintra, it sounds very good, not expected a merger? I will wait for the second 90 days before I decide to sell some of my shares as I think the price may well be more than the current offer of £1.50.

I see the shares in Issue have increased from 17.7m odd to 19,127,953 as per the JP Jenkins web site. wonder where the increased shares have gone, perhaps to repay the outstanding loan?

I will be setting my minimum sell price at £1.50 when I give the instruction to sell. We do have some control over the price.
