Does it not occur to you that the likelihood of CERP's mkt cap remaining at its present 831m is utterly unrealistic and that in the pursuit of attaining half a billion status, and cutting the time to reach this level, funding at some stage should be seen as no bad thing. So don't concern yourself on this point (if I were you my concern would be with TRIN and its fading price)
I have always worked on one and a half billion shares in issue by the time CERP reaches £500m, very close to x10 present price. Ample reward for LTHs.

When a CEO states 'what's in a quarter' when challenged on slippage it's pretty obvious that schedules are, at best, optimistic. Koot's guilty of over-optimism rather than bulls***, not uncommon but when you recall his maiden speech statement re. under promise/ over-deliver, yet to be seen in any form, he should give far greater thought to what he's saying to shareholders.

See what you mean. 18% of the enlarged share capital of the company would equal 136.7m shares with 759.4m at the time in issue. Which in turn doesn't make much sense of advising the deal was done for 92.7 m shares and even if you add the deferred consideration the total should then read 142.5m and not 136.7m.

For the 46 odd million you query there has been no holding RNS but understandable if ownership split between three parties. Remains to ask the company but they're not exactly hot on IR at present. GL

Two RNSs 12th Oct advising WIEH hold 62,595,904 and REX 28,077,549 (as you've correctly listed) out of 92,743,775 purchase consideration.

Surely that leaves 2,070,322 shared by Gelco and two private individuals?

Forget the deferred considerations, they are not triggered yet but if and when presumably split in similar proportions.

Rossannan sold out of TXP yesterday, no one should be surprised if he steps up negativity here, he has intimated several times that he will buy back into CERP, probably seeking an under 4p price. That said, not worth reading his posts, if ever there was a time. Peter probably has got the right idea.

Putmeonlist, LK covered the fact at the AGM that PRD have farmed in to part of TI which has at present 10 wells producing 14bopd. CERP and PRD will have a production sharing agreement, all investment is made by PRD, no outlay by CERP and once PRD recover their costs it’s a 50/50 split on all upside thereafter.

Presumably the exclusive option clause gives PRD the choice to repeat the CO2 EOR exercise annually within their farmed in area on the same terms as their pilot project.

Slight apologies to Barclays, EDG is suspended from trading from March 15th with the company officially de-listing from AIM in April. The upshot though is that from next Monday close no EDG trades can be made through the UK market and the chances of a de-listing not going ahead zero.

Q3 results and MD&A were published last night on SEDAR, as per normal. Edge continue to be operational and have yet to learn of any changes to their current loan arrangements with their bankers, quite simply the review scheduled for last July has yet to take place. Canadian banks are facing billions in write downs, Edge's CDN$7m is not going to cost them sleep. Concentrate on WTI, every $1 rise is a small step in the right direction.
