In six weeks time (21/6) it will be five years since MOU-1 was drilled.

At the time there were 255m shares in issue and the share price 15.5p which ended the following month at 4.6p

Shareholders can only hope we're crawling towards a really decent outcome in Morocco where we've been misfiring for years and hence the lousy share price that hasn't touched double figures since Sept '24.

MEM, not defending the Irish government's policies, as if, but at decision time Predator had to abandon their CO2 EOR ambitions in Trinidad as planned income, as per the company report Dec 2020, would not be forthcoming.

It read '2021 is possibly a pivotal year for the Company in terms of production income from Trinidad and the high impact of any drilling success in Morocco. These factors could potentially very much enhance the Company's financial credentials to finally secure the Ram Head successor authorisation'

As neither produced cash Rams Head had to go.

Under Irish licensing rules, when a company cannot progress a licence — whether due to policy, economics, or technical barriers — it must eventually surrender it through the EPA/DECC process.

Predator surrendered the licence in 2022 because the State would not permit the work needed to advance it, making retention pointless.
