Who repays the AU$29 million ? Suni Resources ? How do they repay it ?

The debt may not be external but becomes an intra group debt owed to TG.

As a shareholder how are TGR going to recover that debt they are burdening the group with ?

Needs an update regarding EPA progress.

Debt - Who repays this debt and to whom is it paid to ?

Owing to some questions received from investors in relation to the shareholder loans amounting to c.AU$29 million that will be assigned to TG by Battery Minerals group companies, the Company wishes to clarify that:

-- TG will not be assuming any external debt as a result of the acquisition and it will not have any obligation in respect of repayment of or the payment of interest in respect of any third party debt upon completion as a result of the acquisition of Suni Resources; and

-- The debt assigned to TG by Battery Minerals group companies shall on completion become an intra group debt within the enlarged TG group owed by Suni Resources to TG.

Board has extended the expiry date on 4,940,000 warrants previously issued to Directors and management from their current expiry date

If the board had faith these would’ve been exercised.

DIRECTORS WARRANTS - Continually extended since 2017 !

The Board has therefore considered it appropriate to grant a further extension of the expiry date for all the outstanding warrants as tabulated below to 31 December 2025; the longer-term is designed to avoid a similar situation occurring as in 2022.
