Plant Health Care ("PHC") and Novozymes Announce Distribution Agreement to Commence First Harpin ab Commercial Sales in India

Plant Health Care(R) (AIM: PHC.L) and Novozymes South Asia Pvt. Ltd. ( NASDAQ OMX: NZYM-B) have signed an agreement for the exclusive distribution of Harpin ab for use in sugar cane production in India.

First commercial sales are expected to commence in the second half of 2023, after receipt of the required regulatory approvals. This is the first product introduced into India by PHC. India is the world's second largest producer of sugar cane with about five million hectares under cultivation. Harpin has been used on more than 180,000 hectares of sugar cane in Brazil since the launch in 2018.

They are currently enrolling patients in a different trial of its DNA blood test for detecting lung cancer.

In January 2022, Guardant Health initiated the SHIELD LUNG study, a prospective, observational, multi-center basket study designed to enroll individuals undergoing cancer screening across multiple cancer types. The first cohort, or basket, will enroll nearly 10,000 individuals eligible for lung cancer screening and aims to evaluate the performance of the test to detect lung cancer in high-risk individuals ages 50-80. If CIZ exercise the Put Option for Sale of Economic Interest and Royalty Sharing Agreement in AZD1656 to CDT would this then give them approx 396,591 shares in CDT ?

MM’s were accepting small sells above mid price which were showing as buys which may have enticed more buyers, instigating a rise in SP in turn allowing brokers to dump placing shares above the placing price.

MM’s can accept sells at whatever price they like below or above mid or below or above the spread.

Liquidity providers trying to make a market for the Brokers/Placees to dump their shares on any rise in sp above the placing price.

No insinuation brokers were dumping to instigate a rise. Doesn’t work like that does it ?

Didn't like the post highlighting sells being put through above mid price to instigate a rise. Or the brokers trying to dump their clients placing shares. Or those with DMA ditching at 35.
