INDIANAPOLIS, May 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) today announced results from the Phase 3 LIBRETTO-432 clinical trial of Retevmo (selpercatinib) as adjuvant therapy versus placebo in patients with early-stage (IB-IIIA) rearranged during transfection (RET) fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a highly statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in investigator-assessed event-free survival (EFS) with selpercatinib reducing the risk of disease recurrence or death by 83% versus placebo in the primary analysis population.

Ross no bitterness at all. There is a lot of positivity and potential but I don’t ignore potential dilution. That’s future liquidity event which affects price movement.

There’s also an obvious cash burn to take account of.

My thoughts are the company needs more cash, new revenue or otherwise to get to break even.

The same names have been pumping the decline and the obvious distribution as it’s been going on.

Hypothetically, every 100,000 bought at £1,250 could’ve been £2500. At 2.2 could be 125,000 shares or 25% increase in holding.

But no at £100 a point x 2 or 3 or 4 or more you’ve to believe they didn’t bank to buy back or just bank 😂😂😂
