Mr Big, I agree with a lot of what you say but not this. When you recruit at this level there is no 1 month period to see if it works out, we are talking serious long term contracts. Remember, some of the other staff would have been recruited through word of mouth and I'm sure many have jumped on board , especially if they are studying respiratory diseases post grad. or beyond given Mr H's status.
