Scinv, from an infection control perspective you are on a hiding to nothing in the winter. We keep our windows closed, the heating up and because of that every time we run hot water or cook we make the air more condense with moisture which have plenty of cells for viruses to replicate upon and therefore last longer. We used to do quite a few Norovirus Clean ups. It was always care homes and cruise ships (but for the latter it was always Autumn, never summer).

I'm curious to understand why you have not reported on a UK based Company called Synairgen who are currently in Phase3 trials under FDA fast track approval for a covid therapeutic known as SNG001. Phase 2 results were peer reviewed by the Lancet and showed very positive results on the non-placebo subject patients. The man behind it all is Sir Professor Stephen Holgate who successfully proved that Ella Krissi Debrah died from air pollution in London (as reported on your programme). I can't believe you guys have not picked this up.

pmjh, glad to know someone of my limited experience shares your view. The US is where it is at for SNG which is more than enough market to achieve some of the lofty predictions on here. Favourable P3 results, job done and enjoy.
