Do you honestly believe JB is going to honour the RNS released today and Marula will be producing by the end of the year?????

Are you honestly convinced JB is actually going to deliver on one of his RNS's and that Marula is going to be producing by 2025? Unfortunately, I believe that we are going to hear more "hard luck" stories and numerous reasons why production is delayed. We still haven't been given a reason why Kilifi isn't in production, which was to be closely followed by Kinusi.

I sincerely hope I am proved wrong, but JB has yet to produce a working mine. We are still waiting on Kilifi; which was due to go into production Apr/May of this year.

Does anyone genuinely believe this share will be out of suspension in 2025?  JB led shareholders to believe that there could potentially be four producing mines by the end of 2025 and that Kilifi would be producing by the end of Apr/May. I personally will be very surprised if we are out of suspension and even have one mine producing by the end of the year. On the 3rd, Sept the company released RNS 8977X which stated the fol :- "The Board is of the opinion that its financial systems and controls are effective and appropriate but is aware that the delay in publication of the Annual Accounts is not appropriate for a publicly quoted company". They made the above statement, yet four months later and the company is still suspended. If their controls are effective, why has it taken more than four months and the company is still suspended?  Unfortunately JB has deliberately misled shareholders.  I question whether he is genuinely incompetent, as he is involved in more than one company being suspended, or whether there is an ulterior motive that potentially has serious detrimental affects for all shareholders?

I like all shareholders sincerely hope you are right. Although they also stated that they intend to use the finances raised by Kilifi to pay for it; a mine that has been delayed by over 4 months in anticipation of the Bamba deal & as the RNS stared, will be delayed further, in order to incorporate the Bamba project into Marula.

It states that "Marula will use cash flow from its manganese operations in Kenya to fund the project". To date, Marula hasn't delivered one lorry load of manganese to Baosteel, even though deliveries were due to start in May. The RNS then states that Kilifi will be further delayed, in order to facilitate the additional resources of the Bamba project. Marula is the only mining Co. I know that doesn't production in anticipation of potentially adding additional resources to a project.

The RNS yesterday confirmed that the Co. did not make any manganese deliveries over the previous four months. At the start of the year, JB implied that the Co. could have four mines operating/producing by the end of the year; now it looks as if they will struggle to even have one. If that is the case, even JB will find it difficult to give a plausible explanation why; that is assuming that he doesn't do a NEO & the Co. is still suspended by year end.

The RNS today highlights that the Co has made a payment to Geowise, to advance the Boteti Project. I fail to understand why it does not concentrate on getting either Kilifi or Kinusi into production and actually generate funds, rather than paying out money for another exploration project, that may or may not be successful.

Now is the ideal opportunity for Alpheus Nethononda🇿🇦 to back up the post that he made via X on 14th Aug.

The aim is to bring back investors' confidence via constant and prompt communication and visible growth of the company. Marula is a sleeping giant ready to wake up.

I cannot understand why a CEO would invest over £1M into a company and not try to maximise his return. If JB confirmed that either Kilifi or Kinusi was producing, it would be very reassuring to shareholders and give the share price a considerable boost when it does come out of suspension.

I am absolutely amazed that shareholders continue to correspond with Bukclownski; someone who has made it clear that he is not invested or remotely interested in investing in Maru & has shown nothing but disdain & contempt towards the Co:, its assets, its employees & its shareholders. By continuing to respond to his supposed concerns, shareholders only boost his deflated ego & give him the totally false impression that the majority of shareholders give "a toss about his opinion".

I believe that if you were able to re-post an updated version of your link on a regular basis, it would be a fantastic reference point for current & potential investors, who could see at a glance the massive potential opportunity that Marula offers. I realise that your source may not be willing to do so, however I & I am sure other investors would appreciate it, if you would approach your source & ask if it is possible.

Thanks you for your very useful post. Hopefully it will be advantageous to anyone who has an interest in Marula & actually reduce the constant drivel from posters who lazily request information from the BB rather than take the time & effort to actually do their own DD.

My condolences to you & his family.

For any shareholder who has not utilised their ISA, I would suggest that they B & B their Marula shares into it before the end of this financial year & do a repeat performance the following financial year (which is only two weeks away) before the market realises the potential of Marula & initiates a major re-rate.

A company only retains an employee after retirement age if they are deemed to be an asset & continue to add value to the company. No one can say GR falls into that category. He is an habitual & incompetent failure & someone who has consistently & deliberately misled/lied to the market/shareholders. When an EGM is called & GR is looking for further dilution, shareholders should only agree to it on the basis of GR resigning. Approx 1 yr ago, GR did a Stockbox interview & assured shareholders that Prem was producing, a yr later & there is still ongoing issues with the plant. Was GR not onsite, how could a CEO be totally "out of the loop" & so unaware of what was happening onsite. Why is he continuing to receive a salary when he certainly didn't do anything to earn it. I realise some shareholders believe the situation would only get worse with his removal, however, I believe leaving him in charge is like a turkey voting for Christmas.
