I think the outlook for Verici is very positive.

I have slowly been building a position since participating in the Open Offer. I have just added a further 3 million to my holding today

I was the buyer. I have added to my holding. I believe the Company has a sound product and the market has fundamentally undervalued the Company. Singers should hold their heads in shame over the placing price.

Today's RNS is very positive in my view

Another day another drive by shooting on AIM - this funding could have and should have been done at 1p a share.

I have no doubt that the Company was subjected to a last minute shaft by some too clever for their own good institution and aided and abetted by the broker who get their commission whatever the price.

I think they can be trusted.

The process of gaining HMRC approval for EIS/VCT investment has become more challenging in recent years and in my view this is because there is a hostile attitude within HMRC to such investments as they view it as a vehicle for dodging tax. Layered on top of that is that any application will depend on whose desk the application lands on. The sclerosis in the process has to be experienced to be believed. I do not know the specifics of Verici and I am surmising as to what has happened.

A message to all the Doomsters and Gloomsters there are issues that are not within the control of the Board - firstly the timing of reimbursement and secondly the process of HMRC approval for any qualifying tax driven investment. Also being on AIM is a major impediment to growth as it is no longer fit for purpose. Verici will come good and I hope there is an open offer element to any forthcoming fundraise.

Once their funding is announced this will fly. The lucky ones will be those that are able to participate in my view. It is a pity that it got to this but AIM is totally broken and no longer fit for purpose.

The issue of the RNS is about as stupid as stupid gets. This just highlights how dysfunctional AIM regulation is and how scared Nomads are of their own shadow. The RNS was not required and wholly unnecessary.

I understand your frustration and it is a tricky one. I would have preferred that they had updated the market more regularly on the issue. For example they must have known that those looking at their submission had been sidelined because of Elon and his mates - I have no idea of the impact of this but you can assume it wasn't zero.

They would benefit from having an open session with investors to set out the way forward - I suspect that at this moment in time they do not know in part because the FDA do not know .

A good update today and the Company continues to make great progress

Disappointing news today but not fatal.

Given the disruption within the FDA and that a number of key people were effectively removed from FDA as part of DOGE the result was in a sense predictable given the reviewers would not want to make a decision in a positive sense that could be career limiting. The situation is recoverable as the test provides critically important information to the patient and I personally see little downside risk to the patient - they just need to convince the regulators of this - in this sense the decision is bizarre

The Board should actively seek an acquirer for the IP - the value to a strategic is worth about ten times the current market capitalisation. I hope the Board do not dither and actively engage with relevant M &A advisers.

Trellus needs refinanced during 2025 in my opinion and until they can be more transparent with regard to the deal metrics then the market will not give them the benefit of the doubt on the refinancing.
