Is this the floor ????? Surely if inflation rises, then gold rises , I hope that if gold rises, then Centamin also rises. But I could be wrong !

Regards to all. I think I can give myself a small pat on the back. I am a retired medic (GP) and I have been working doing telephone triage for coronavirus in the UK, for the past year. The service will finish later this month, as the number of cases are low in the UK and the youngsters will cope without us oldies. Back to full retirement and a building project next month. I think and hope that gold and gold mining shares are reasonable store of wealth in these odd times . I don't trust crypto a bit , but I have been wrong on that so far !

I think (hope) Centamin will finish higher this week.

I think graphene will have a profitable future . I like Vesarian and I like NR. In the past I bought Vesarian at 14p and sold at a reasonable profit. Now back in Vesarian and at the moment on a loss . I am reasonably pleased that I bought some Haydale in the past year or so . I think Vesarian has the academics but i wonder if Haydale has better business skills. I hope NR will prove me wrong and take us back to profit.

Cash safe ,unless inflation eats it. As day trader says stocks are not safe and do have risks but they should be assets and not liabilities. The thing to try to do is buy assets and not liabilities. Assets make you money ad liabilities cost you money. I quite like rental housing, and I have one ,but who knows where house prices will go and one needs a sizeable lump of money to be safe if you are starting in housing. I am mainly retired and I think my aims are to enjoy my assets and to help my children and grandchildren. My wife says shares are gambling and she is probably correct , she usually is !

I hope I do not need to sell any Centamin shares. Unless, there are major technical problems or political problems, them money printing should produce a higher gold price.

We start a house extension at the end of April, it should be a 12 week build. I am trying to empty out garage and some other rooms. I am hoping to have help from my children and grand children ? Tree surgeon should chop down some leylandii , I planted them when we moved in over 30 years ago. Two gardening mistakes that I made, planting leylandii and planting russian vine ! I hope I do not need to see any Centamin shares, but it depends upon how much over budget the build goes !

I have bought a few more Centamin shares today. I can't believe that all this money printing will not have consequences.

I bought a few more Versarien shares to day. In the past they have been good for me. But I am sitting on a loss, as I imagine most PIs are. I have also bought a few more Haydale , they seem to be doing a bit better at the moment and I am in profit with Haydale . I think graphene as a profitable future, but who know which graphene companies will become profitable in the future.

Perhaps if Elon had bough gold instead of bit coin. Buffett bought gold mining stocks. history will tell who made the better investment.

It seems it is a race to produce the best masks in vast volumes.

Yes I have both . I am sure that graphene will have a place in the future. I do not know which companies will be the best to be in . I have briefly met the Vesarien CEO and I have made some money in the past with Vesarien. I have more Vesarien than Haydale at the moment.
