My understanding is that mining license was expected to take approximately 18 months, from September 18, ie anytime soon. If the hydrogeological study was critical to the license rather than the planning of the mining process itself, then it would surely have been initiated sooner. It’s not as if location of the river and water table has changed.

Review and results of operations

Operating Results

During the half-year from 1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019, the Group recorded a net loss after tax of AUD1,399,416 (1 July 2018 to 31 December 2018: net loss of AUD1,534,312).

Toral Lead-Zinc-Silver Project, Spain ("Toral" or the "Toral Project")

Following the completion of the Scoping Study announced by the Company in December 2018, workstreams have focused on additional resource drilling, geotechnical drilling, metallurgical testwork and environmental baseline studies.

On 25 September 2019, the Company announced assay results for drill holes TOD-021, TOD-022, TOD-023 and TOD-023D, in respect of its drill campaign initiated in May 2019. The drilling programme provided valuable information for initial metallurgical test work analysis, in order

Propinquity, My understanding is that the sale of Toral wouldn’t exit you, or anybody else from this share. We would still hold shares in EUZ, but the company would simply be holding a significant amount of cash.
What happens next is the question, I assume they would have ideas for the next project, possibly a special dividend, possibly a share buyback possibly something completely unexpected.
Firstly we have Chinese flu to overcome.

Bobby, no personal attack coming from me. You’re right, RNS is a legal entity and not always suitable, but there’s other ways for us to be kept in the loop.

The bad bits,
Historically the shareholders have not been looked after at all well.
Funding has been and remains an issue.
We await mets, deleterious substances and mining license updates.
The good bits.
Current work streams are fully funded.
Non dilutive funding opportunities have been mooted and we await details.
Copper from a separate geological event (but in precisely the same location) has been found at depth and near surface (and now in between, 0.9m @ 1.5% Cu from 278.9m to 279.8m; ) which MAY be highly significant.
We already know the results of a great number of different work streams which are all supportive of a successful mining project. See rns updates.
Our asset has been independently verified by the best in the industry and de risked to a significant degree.
Globally it’s in a politically stable area (Spain) and locally is well connected with services.
The metals are in growing global demand, and command high and increasing values.
Our low cost proposal for mining has been independently verified.
The data room is open and I assume that discussions for due diligence concerning sale or jv are ongoing.
The company skill set appears to be aimed towards exploration rather than mining.
There is a VAST amount of metal in the ground, and we own 100% of it.

Trolls never stop until they have completely destroyed their target. To get an inflammatory subject heading repeatedly re posted is part of the goal, doing their upmost in order to destroy savings and pension pots is just an added bonus.

I agree that airlines are most definitely in turbulent times, and not all will survive. Our aviation division however is going to be affected by the general trends rather than whatever happens this weekend, or even this month.
The current estimate (over the next twenty years) ranges between 750k and 800k additional pilots, and our technology helps with delivering the training.

Mjt, you have just voiced my very thoughts. The sale of Toral and payment of a special dividend might just provide shareholders with significant amounts of cash (hopefully) at absolutely the ideal time.

Lloydy appears to remain missing in action, after his meeting with Laurence we had a flurry of posts that seam now to have stopped completely. Is he ok and do we need a search party.

We aren’t a mining company, as we’ve never mined anything...yet, But we are an exploration company.
Whether we’re a successful exploration company is my point, and it’s highly subjective. It would be quite accurate to look at the number of shares, sp and market cap, then run for the hills.
Alternatively you could say that the raison d’etre for EUZ was to identify, investigate, quantify and prove the asset to independently verified standards, which we have not only now done, but done well. Furthermore Toral has grown into a highly prized Proven asset in a very agreeable location and at a time of increasing demand and rising prices. What more can an exploration company do...
The next stage will certainly be interesting, the market doesn’t appreciate the reality, at least not yet!

Smokey2, As I understand the situation, you’re mixing up disparate areas of the aviation division. The expected License contracts are likely (imho) to be for the flight simulators, the onboard avionics tests you refer to, are longer term opportunities for monitoring actual pilots to facilitate longer flights and reduced crews.
