I think what a good number of holders here need to remember, is that success for Lorna and the HE1 board probably looks a *lot* different to them than to us.

I suspect success for Lorna is a successfully and safely reached TD with commercial quantities of helium found and within the financial budgets originally set. Time taken to complete the drill (within reason), PR during drill and short term share price will be way down the list of priorities, particularly as none of the board have any or many actual shares - only share options for the future.

On the other hand, success for most PI shareholders is a significantly higher share price to the one they bought in at, so they can sell at a profit. With or without any commercial quantities of helium found.

Meanwhile, does anyone know where Noble are with their first drill ? They seem to be way behind their original timeliness?

If you've got any sense as a PI, you do *lots* of your own research over a long period of time before you invest any money. Boards like this are interesting and kill time while you're waiting, but should IMO rarely influence your decisions.

I've followed this and other shares for over two years and only fairly recently committed my hard earned money. Regardless of the final outcome I'm happy and confident I've made a good investment based on all the information I had at the time, so win or lose, I'll only have myself to blame or congratulate.

A few posters here should maybe think about how much research they did before putting their money here, take a look in the mirror and then ask themselves if they should really be here or not...

Well another day passes without that all elusive "TD reached" RNS. After yesterday's Tweet suggesting they were close to TD, I'll be amazed if the RNS doesn't drop tomorrow 7am.

But the problem with that is that HE1 only have a licence to look for and extract helium. As far as I know, if they find oil, they don't have a licence to do anything with it.

I reckon the crew are too trashed from partying that they haven't had time to clear up all the cans and bottles strewn everywhere. Simple explanation really.

This is when it gets tough as a PI. You just have to wait. There is no news, good or bad, just a gradual SP drift, so you just have to hold your nerve and sit on your hands.

Interesting to whoever has the licence to drill for oil in this area, but surely no good to HE1? As I asked in a previous post, if HE1 find any oil or natural gas, can they do anything with it???

On the subject of the HE1 drill. Does anyone have a value for the drill itself and what it would bring in per drill if it is leased out?

*VERY* interesting Skittish and something I also wondered about a couple of years ago! Knowing that gas and oil are present in Tanzania, I posted this message on LSE on 29 Aug 2021 at 13:44 but got no response at all, which seemed odd. I didn't really think my question was that strange at all...

"This might seem like a really dumb question and I apologise if it is, but is there a chance of natural gas being discovered instead of HE1 when drilling and testing in the basin? If so, what happens then? Can geophysics tell the difference on 2D or 3D scans?"

Thinking out aloud so to speak, I wonder if further testing from 16-2 has given different results to the original ones released all those months ago? Those in the know might be reacting accordingly, hence the SP heading south despite a seemingly very good RNS (but also very obviously minus 16-2 news!)

It's only a thought and I hope I'm wrong!!!

Err, I don't want to sound rude, but what has your comment got to do with my original post/question about the lack of updates recently for State 16-2 production progress??? ??

I'm a relatively newcomer as I bought in Sept last year at 6.5p and like many, I'm puzzled and disappointed with the raft of good news since I bought in, but the lack of decent SP now the CPR has finally been released.

But my big question is, why haven't there been any detailed updates in the last 2 months letting us know what and when 16-2 is going to be producing??? Yes I know we were told that infrastructure needed to be built, that there might be a Crypto tie in etc, but *surely* there must be more detail the company could be giving us by now! I find it hard to believe nothing of consequence has been going on for the last five months.
