I hope that they aren’t feeling mugged by JM for the $25M @ the equivalent of 10p a share (according to JM) otherwise they may well want in at a lot cheaper. Hoping JM is still targeting minimum 7p (£100m Mcap) for the equity raise. Preferably 10p ;))

Interesting thought. Personally don’t think we will be a trading company by then. Reckon we will be snapped up by bigger fish. Or the very least be a smaller %holder of the assets and hitch a ride while the big boys scale up operations.

If we were to see dividends, well it’s fair to say I would be gone. Mining is cyclical and nickel is volatile. Add to that battery technology is not going to stand still. I will either reinvest else where or look for safer dividend stocks.

But then that’s a few years off. So C’mon JM get the funding new sorted and start the bidding war.

Not that Oil can’t go to $100 Plus. But that’s probably way off and how many economies/companies would be damaged if it got their in the current climate.

Be happy with the 50-60usd range, but that’s for later. At the moment I’m really only interested in further details on Al Salmiya 5 well and further drill campaign.

CNBC have been showcasing their Disruptor 50 and I noticed some of the companies covered were held by Scottish Mortgage. (Anyway sent an email to the BG to ask if they would elaborate on some of the private companies they hold and what they see in them @ the AGM)

You have to ask why if you could have requested your warrants for conversion at prices well above 50% of what you paid( 2.2p) and sold, then why didn’t you do so until now?

Possibly;
a) because if the price rise on financing is going be higher you get a lot more for you’re money.
b) and/or you’re privy to the funding equity allocation and know you can sell your converted warrants and still hold your new allocation for bigger returns later.

Either way fwiw, I think those who have held off converting will be expecting more than 50% mark up. (At least I hope so, lol).

I bought 100K more earlier this afternoon, sadly the SP kept dropping. Still my average is now 2.46p, so not too unhappy.

There was always going to be some dilution. If we want the mine developed and if one assumes the metrics are as good I hope, then happy days.

Good news and key point for us is...

Well did my last top up into my ISA. Now hold 100k @ average just under 12p. Not a big holding compared to many I’m sure. But happy with that amount.

Wonder how long it will be before we clear the overhang.
