Former CEO Asfari increases Petrofac stake by £27million in new share issue. Former Petrofac boss Ayman Asfari has increased his holdings in the company, as part of a £200m share offer to pay debt and bribery fines.

the old ceo took the full option on the shares re the debt raising - so I though very positive

There is no reason why this could not go back up to £10.00 a share- might take 5/6 years but great company and excellent opportunity - will top up again at 1.65 !!

taken up full allocation !! sp will drift but as long as management deliver over time could start to surge as confidence returns!!

I think the offer is fully allocated so if some mm don’t take offer the underwriter does.
I for one will take my full allocation painful but not unexpected!!

really not worried this will come back just a question of time - just have to hold on.
deals will take time to come through so not expecting great results in the short term.

did well on PTEC so have it ready to put in to pfc just need to get the timing right

was going to top up again but looks like it will drop back further .

not selling any share will add 50% top up when it gets down to 130-135 then hold - great company and in time will produce a good recovery!!

The board have to do due diligence to the offer on the table. I think the issues with the offer - don't like the cash and shares
and the board have said the extension is to see if issues can be resolved even before the price is on the table.
so can't see this happening - either another bidder comes in and the price gets to the level the board would recommend or cant see shareholders approving it.

with a high of over £15, This has a great opportunity to recover at least to £10 a share over the next 5 years

At least given at 181p but would be good to see them investing some of their own money.
