Sorry, I didn't see this thread until today. I'm slowly learning a lot about PEG, P/E etc, etc. I choose RDW because it seemed to have some could values including a healthy balance sheet of assets, etc in comparison to debt. Personally I feel the house price market is about to take a tumble but that it won't effect the builders to much as this will mean that more houses will be sold just at a lower profit margin, housing shortages and all that certainly help. I'll take a look at Telfords and Bellway

Hi Can anyone explain why all the trades atm as I am new to owning shares. I believe the company is at a good price right now in consideration to their numbers but these trades seem to be worrying the market??
