According to your members, I understand your Requisition was submitted during Tuesday 27th February.

I also understand from the CEO of another LSE Listed company, that good Governance requires the Market be advised by RNS that a Requisition has been lodged, within 7 days of receipt of that Requisition. So in this case COPL (Mr Richardson) should issue that RNS during tomorrow i.e. Tuesday 5th March, right?

Further, based on my rudimentary understanding of the Canada Business Corporations Act (R.S.C 1985);

* COPL (Mr Richardson) must within 21 days of receipt of your Requistion, announce the time of day, date and venue for that Special meeting. In your case that announcement must be made on or before Tuesday 19th March.

* Under the Act, the date for that meeting must be on or before 28 more days. So in your case the Special meeting seeking among other things, to replace the Board of Directors, must be held no later than Tuesday 16th April.

I believe these dates are correct, but can you confirm please?

I have a distant contact WHO IS a member of that COPL SH Action group.

I gaurantee you IT DOES exist.

I tried to get in to the group, becuase like all the voices on here, understandably we all feel "under informed"!

If it's of interest, I think the reason I was not admitted, even though my contact could vouch for my 100% honesty and integrity (same possibly as 90%?? of participants here), I was told the following:

* Initially when the group was establishesd and the coplsharewatch email address was launched, the group did admit a number of applicants from here. However

* That was shortly followed by a copy of a highly confidential letter the group Legal Leader had sent, appearing on T. Winnifrith's website. I don't know the details of that. But I understand the group then believed they had a mole. Some restructuring was done to restablish their security and I was NOT admitted!

* I like most on here would be, was very disappointed - annoyed and frustrated. But I was assured it was NOT A REFLECTION ON ME!

* But resulted from the group understanding and believing they were gaining traction and ANAVIO would likely "do anything and everything" to infiltrate and majorly disrupt that group.

The RNS' in September and October 2023, detail a combination of sources of funds rasied, together with cost savings which totalled over $13 million. Investors were then told COPL was funded through Quarter one 2024. So how can it be that the company is now saying it has only £200,000 in cash available?

It's known only a limited amount of Gas was purchased and injected. So not a lot was spent on Gas.

So here's another critical question for Mr Richardson to answer! Where has all that money gone in barely three months?

Where is our Financial Statement for the last four months or 2023 Mr Richardson? Is it really the case that the company only has £200,000 left?

Might it be that a £2 million or so has been paid as a fee to A.N. Other, which would have drained cash flow, but which could be credited back later by some means?

If COPL is indeed OK cash wise, the fund raise currently planned, is not needed!

We must have a Financial Statement!

Mr Marco D'Attanasio is the Founder and Portfoilo Manager of HADDRON CAPITAL.

None other than our "star performing" Chairman of COPL, Tom Richardson!

Oh Dear! We have the "WORST EVER TERMS OF A BOND AGREEMENT" entered into on Ryan Gaffney's watch! And then we have a strong indication that he's a close social contact of a SENIOR ANAVIO INSIDER.......thought to be ANAVIO's LEAD Specialist with the COPL BOND CONTRACT, Sebastian Fernandez!

This BOND DEAL inexplicably HAD NO LIMITING FLOOR PRICE! Had that been in place at a sensible level (Per recent example with ANGUS ENERGY who naturally had a floor price!!), we would not be in the mess we are today!!

So RYAN, why didn't you insist on a floor price being included in the BOND contract? I think any first year degree student in Finane or Economics would have insisted on that!!

And if indeed ANAVIO wouldn't agree to that, that must surely have been the "red flag of the century", what their intentions were!

So I am asking if you're COMPLETELY UNAWARE of the FACTS of how those voting intentions played-out during MR SATTAR's PREVIOUS FAILED ATTEMPT TO UNSEAT THE BOD's? Perhaps you didn't read a preivous Post I made on 31st December pointing those out?

Sentiment on this BB at the time of that previous FAILED ATTEMPT, was about 90% in favour of Mr. Sattar and his group. However, of those votes actually cast at that time, 73% OPPOSED MR SATTAR, and only something less than 27% supported him!

So the reallity is that a very small sample of votes taken on a forum like this now (where many particpants are highly "motivated" by their understandable frustration and anger at previous losses), are IN NO WAY REPRESENTATIVE of the total population of Reabold Shareholders, as I suspect the final outcome of the full vote will again demonstrate!

A few weeks ago I started out with a neutral opinion and was reading up on both sides of this current very important "debate". But I have become absolutely amazed by how it seems courtesy and rationale have gone out of the window for many on here, but more particularly so, it seems to be by those supporting Mr Sattar. No statistics to support that......just a rough but reasonably accurate count!

Why is it then, that so many of those who support Mr Sattar, claim that virtually every other Poster on here, "is paid by Reabold"???? That surely can't result from the application of "intellect", can it :-))??

Then when I logged in over the weekend, I was truly amazed again, by just how much Mr Sattar's supporters were "thowing the kitchen sink" at their attempts to ridicule and denigrate any other Poster who tries to show FACTS why they will REJECT AGAIN, the PESHSING bid!

A week or two ago I DECIDED I WOULD ALSO REJECT MR SATTAR's completely OPPORTUNIST EFFORT to take over the BOD's. I appreciate that once each of us has decided on a particular course of action, we each become more entrenched in that view, particularly when others continually ridicule and seek to denigrate!

But I do very much have to question, "If Mr Sattar and his supporters who post on here are so confident of success, then why in heaven's name are they all flooding this BB with likely false claims that every Reabold supporter is a "Paid Plant" of Reabold??" Clearly that's a ridiculous claim.

So one has to question why? The only conclusion I can reach is that Mr Sattar's camp are smelling and FEARING ANOTHER FAILED ATTEMP!
