Laherb, As explained previously exactly the same reason I sold my entire holding over a couple of days around that time for more or less the same, clearly directors are not going to sell if the price is going to remain stable or go up ???

No aimless they are not accountable to the shareholders they are reportable to the shareholders i.e they get on with the day job and post RNS news when due, you as the shareholder read that RNS and decide yes that’s good and stay invested/buy more stock or say no that’s bad and sell up and move on. You clearly need to do some research buddy

The priority of the bod is not the share but strategical planning and setting a good footing for the the company future growth and business opportunities. BOD that are concerned with the dy to day movements of the share price are only interested in one thing and that is normally not a good sign, zag good luck and we’ll done if you can get in the 1.3’s your irrelevant pedantic it’s are now boring…. Good for you if you can get an extra 100 shares….
