If yesterday was scored like a boxing bout then although they certainly seemed to lose on points they managed to avoid being knocked out. Surprisingly there weren't as many questions as I thought there would be as mine which was posted around 15 mins in was answered around 30 mins later. Not a satisfactory answer on why they kept the failed testing at WN a secret but at least they attempted to put their usual political spin on it. They just don't understand the question of excess salaries - if they did they would offer to reduce them, but they haven't. The "we would buy more shares but we're locked out because of insider trading" is also complete hogwash. The share price has been as low as .1 and has been at sub .3 on average more often than not since last year. All they've done since then is change their share option prices (potentially at our expense again) rather than putting their hands in their own pockets.

I still want them out and we've all voted accordingly. That said I could put my cat in charge and would still expect the share price to go up next year.

heid, you're needed back over at the UJO board. David is offering some overtime to "team paid ramp" as the share price still can't gain any traction - despite - well thousands of posts by the two paid trolls who try and tell a different story to the one that the market knows is true...

Quick put out another RNS but change the figures by a days worth of income, turn that heater off to save electric, one less cup of coffee and no biscuits today, buy some more of our shares and put out an advert online for 2 more paid trolls..

Recycling the same RNS over and over, buying their own shares, paying trolls to infest bulletin boards and twitter to try and force home the weak narrative. Will it ever return to the placing price ????!!

I've had a response from Premier Miton. It's company policy (market sensitive) so they won't reveal which way they're voting. I will be able to find out after it happens though. Fingers crossed, if we get them and Fidelity then PI's could make a difference.

Ahris, can you answer my question about WN and the farm out please. Will the new team try and sell before the horizontal well is drilled or will they keep control of the asset whilst working closely with proven track record partners to try and make sure of a successful drill - therefore maximising the value ?

I've contacted Premier Miton within the remit of my day job and will post on here if I get a response. I assume your team have also contacted the main shareholders to explain your case ??! There is little point in going on a crusade against the main shareholders once the vote has gone through if we don't like the result. I suspect we'll get one go at this so it needs some good momentum if it's going to work...

moniman, after doing your homework would you like to explain WHY the new BOD (if they're voted in) who have more shares than the existing incumbents, would have more need/desire to water them down ?

Put simply, what does your research lead you to believe that they'll need additional funds for when they're proposing to cut costs. I'm assuming this is money that Laurel and Hardy wouldn't need ??
