Your counting the dividend twice. Once the 10p has been retuned, it will have the £20.37m, but the sp will be around 20p ex divi, making the MC/money in bank look even more attractive

Its aim, so yes I do think they would do it, I have lost count of the number of times an sp shoots up to shoe in a placing ( WSG is the next imho), so the same theory could apply here to shoe in a low offer. BTW, a low offer imho would be around 12p, so not the end of the world for anyone if it were around that. All only imho.

£37 is probably between mms to balance books, no commision charged. This is how a dealer has explained these trades to me before.

You have described it perfectly. Another one is PYC, two blokes and a computer. I actually think its a good thing, very few overheads in tight times, can always upgrade if thet need to.

I guess the minimum would be nothing, as in no offers( would not be a total disaster imho). Doubt they would accept anything below 11.75, which is where a lot of shares were bought by directors previously. One note of caution, this is the wild west and the issue of sweetners to the BOD to accept a low ball offer must be factored in. Guess a few folk decided that 100% profit was good enough this am.

Not me on the 12p, however if they do sell (see previous rns) its hard to see it being for any less than that, so whoever put that as a figure was being realistic verging low side, imho.

A few years back I made a bit more than that an got an accountant involved. After hed finished Im surprised the HMRC didnt owe me money. Cost around £150 and I have retained his services to this day, by far the best investment ever. Leave it to the experts.

fits sports hall floors, and I love it when Mouchel get the job. We are at the top end of the market and are usually the end users pefered choice. mouchel never quibble about price and replace the clients floor as per spec. All the other companies in this field will spec a cheaper equivalent product and stop at nothing to con the client in to taking a cheaper, inferior product. This makes Mouchel a valued customer and a crap investment, imho.
