of the company is missing? They dont have the money for shares that have issued? Whos running the company, The Crankies. I believe I was sold these share under false pretenses, anyone who feels the same perhaps we should get together and take legals.

wont exactly be selling the family silver to take this up. Buy on open market for 3,5p, to sell any great number 3p. Understand why theyre doing it, long term blah,blah, blah, dont think the company realised just how much this would kill the sp. Short of time to look back, so dont know for sure, but hope they had it underwritten to get what they were after. Could be a shortfall here, which would be disastrous for sp.

£350k order for lighting in NHS, with potentially many more to follow, recent major share placement at 9.5p, MCap of £1.65m sp 6.5p. Cant work it out myself.
