Sapan Gai, CCO at Sovereign Metals, discusses their superior graphite test results. Watch the video here.
Skiramp: I'm sure you're very excited about DEC being up +3% - so just another 130% or so to go to get back to where it was before the monumental SP crash. What 'chart' looks bullish - or is that just something to throw in to add a bit of tinsel - that and the rocket emoji of course (folks will be super impressed with that - honest!). LoL
Skiramp: Congratulations - you've reached double figures - that's now ten (yes - 10) times you've repeated yourself regarding PE of 1 vs. etc. etc. - plus the Russell Index saga (repeat, repeat)! Your memory truly is pi55 poor - given you're likely still a teenager I would be seriously worried in your situation.
Seems an increasing number of folks are finally coming to the conclusion many came to some while ago - the management of AVCT is abysmal. Until there are changes at the top we remain at constant risk of further Smith & Co. debacles.
I think the big tell on the impact on the SP of JAM buying this stake will be seen (or not) when the NYSE opens today. NYSE has become the lead market - LSE as ever simply follows whatever happens in the USA.
Well Jupiter have had an ideal opportunity to buy with so many shorts dumping borrowed stock on the market. I would imagine this will be something of an Oooooeeeer moment for the shorts. Seems we now know why the SP has been relatively static / stalled whilst so many shorts have been increasing - and in a good way for once!
OK - so DEC closed up 1.91% on NYSE @ $13.90USD / £11.11GBP. We can but hope it continues - that's actually not too shabby really considering the increasing short interest working against any increase in SP. Fingers crossed.
Pickledpeck: 'Notrex, you're obviously unhappy to be in this share,.....' - I suspect the list you might compile of those who are not unhappy with this share could be written a rather small piece of paper with a very broad nib felt marker. Furthermore, I suggest that anyone who is actually 'happy' with the current state of DEC is either a moron or pi55ed (or both)!!
GG: 'Notice: We no longer track disclosures after they drop below 0.5%. It is possible that the manager still holds a short position even if we are showing it as zero.' You are correct that the FCA threshold is 0.2% (wef 18 Dec 23) - but I didn't cite the FCA short selling web site (https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/short-selling/notification-disclosure-net-short-positions) - I cited shorttracker.co.uk (https://shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB00BQHP5P93/) - where the disclaimer about their threshold being 0.5% is clearly displayed in a banner. Pity you didn't look before you pulled another one out of your ar se!! You really aren't very good at this are you GG - Game, Set & Match (again) - no need to apologise!! PMSL
OK - do you want the good news or the bad news? Bad news you say? Well the bad news is that there's no good news (so nothing unusual there you might say?)
1. Bridgewater Associates increased their short yesterday by 0.02% - now at 0.90%
2. J P Morgan increased their short (yet again) yesterday by 0.11% - now at 1.48%
3. Total declared shorts (above 0.5%) now at 5.65% - there may well be more below the threshold.
To put that into perspective, ABDN are the fifth most shorted share in the UK at 5.8% - one more increased short here and we'll likely be entering the top five most shorted shares. Well done good ole Rusty - brilliant achievement - please pass on my sincere congratulations to the car crash crew!

Well I'm very disappointed with you GG. I really can't believe you're unable to post me the link to the information where you learned that DEC have now stopped selling gas and consequently have no income! You'll have some folks here thinking you just pulled that out of your ar se and were telling blatant porkies? Not me though - I believe everything you say - honest!! LoL
I have to say pickledpeck - that's not exactly a ringing endorsement of DEC and its BoD? More a hold and hope for the best (what most of us have little option but to do in reality) - but it doesn't shout out what a cracking share to be in - even at these severely depressed levels (I guess we need skiramp for that?). Still, won't bother good ole Rusty - he'll likely give himself yet more options and a bonus if it goes further down as he seems to have an inversely proportional reward system for the car crash crew.
Well folks, we are now in this brave new world (whether we like it or not) whereby the dividend has been slashed, the funds thereby saved are going to (insert as appropriate) - reduce debt? and/or acquire new wells? and/or fund BBs and/or fund higher salaries and bonuses for our good ole Rusty and his car crash crew? We are also now listed on NYSE.
Now one would like to think that all the above was done to halt and reverse the monumental crash in SP/MCap since August 2022 - yes? However, what we we actually seeing is the SP stalled around the 1070 to 1110 range (circa 55p in old money) and shorts increasing - significantly in the case of J P Morgan. Consequently, I ask the obvious question - is good ole Rusty competent or incompetent (his avarice and vanity are not in doubt). Discuss.
Well GG - you certainly seem to have had a particularly hyperactive day today - perhaps it's time for 10mg of diazepam and a lye down in a darkened room for a while - at least until it's time for your next frenzied outburst?
P.S. Unusual way to end your last tirade by quoting from The Four Yorkshiremen sketch - who'd have thought you were a Monty Python man eh? LoL

J P Morgan increased their short again yesterday by a further 0.1% - now at 1.37%. That's now 5.52% of declared shorts (those over 0.5%) - there may well be others below the threshold.
Clearly, good ole Rusty and his latest in the tragic series of limp wristed BBs are having absolutely zero impact on the shorts (except to encourage them maybe?).

J P Morgan increased their short by 0.46% yesterday - now at 1.27% - that's a big increase.
