Joe - " falsely portray me as GGP negative when my GGP sentiment has never been anything but positive."
Joe your early posts on this board were clear criticisms of GGP, its BOD and CEO. There is very little 'balanced' in what you wrote:
"no one other than key insiders know how this will play out but the facts over the last 10 months suggest something is going on and sentiment is continually being destroyed when there is enough good news there to build confidence in the SP. I ask myself why and I can't think of one good reason where it benefits shareholders.
"my question is why they are not doing everything in their power to regain sentiment and bring the confidence back to the SP. They put a lot of effort into the sales pitch but not into what really matters to shareholders and I don't understand why the majority don't get that. He was less than convincing in regards to takeover, I posted many question asking about it in that q&a but all ignored. We could be watching a major heist in play.
"regarding takeover comment I hope not but it wouldn't surprise me the way things have been going since January, something just isn't quite right and I don't understand why more people don't show concern.
"they [GGP] were happy to release meaningless sentiment destroying scally results early January, but have made no effort to release anything in 10 months that could help restore sentiment, I question why are they happy with this situation.
"Good points Canary, but in 10 months you would expect to see some movement back to where we were given there is no bad news other than what Berenberg print, yet the PFS chooses to exclude all positive drilling results since price drop in January. All a little too convenient in my opinion.
"I have no issue with the spike and pullback, it is the lack of addressing sentiment over the last 10 months since they [GGP] destroyed it in January"
