Having been royally stitched up on ZIOC, I am very sceptical as to whether full value will accrue to small shareholders in LND as well. There will be a deal way below the correct value of the property but at several mutiples to the current price.

Assets sold $50 million. Unsold assets $56 million. Cash $17 million. Number of shares 7.7 million. Imagine they will do a partial redemption at $6 per share. Then they will need to find a way to wrap this up.

The current price suggests that the deal will not get approved but reflects the price at which they could get a placing away. This is similar to Wood (WG.) situation where the price remained at a 50% discount to the offer price until it got shareholders' approval.

Maybe there are some ZIOC holders looking at this. 2.15-2.25.

I listened to the webinar. I just hope someone snaps this up because it will take a long time if these guys develop the mine. The finance guy mentioned $100 per ounce as a yardstick for a sale. That wouldn't cover all the money that has been spent here since inception but shareholders would accept. Interesting that there has been no direct contact with Messrs Sprott and Rule. I don't think it's on their radar screens owing to the size.
