Petro Matad Limited, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man on 30 August 2007, has six wholly owned subsidiaries: Capcorp Mongolia LLC and Petro Matad LLC (both incorporated in Mongolia), Central Asian Petroleum Corporation Limited ("Capcorp"), Petromatad Invest Limited and Petro Matad Energy Limited (all incorporated in the Cayman Islands), Petro Matad Energy Limited (incorporated in the Isle of Man) and Petro Matad Singapore Pte Ltd (incorporated in Singapore). The Company has also entered into a joint venture with SunSteppe Power LLC (a renewables energy company focused on generation of clean energy in Mongolia), which is incorporated in Mongolia and is a 50% owned subsidiary of Petro Matad LLC.

The Chairwoman of Petro matad is a petrovis employee and Mongolian national. As is another board member. It’s a Mongolian company listed in the UK. I presume this is to comply and give credibility to a legal responsibility for the government’s goal of ridding corruption. It potentially makes Matad unique at this stage. Protesters haven’t a clue, or are just against progress in traditional life style. Only my logical opinion though.

I would suggest the Happy clappers, missing today, actually read previous posts by Thrush as part of their research and do an honest appraisal. Doc and BP get loads of abuse, yet again, invariably more accurate in their speculation. If you can’t accept positive and negative opinions, maybe aim stocks are not for you. It’s all about balance.
