RE: Well so much for hitting 20p today18 Oct 2025 12:05
Hi addicknt,
I've spent some time going into "Nick's" 3 main interests in Solgold:
1) DGR Global
2) Tenstar
3) Samuel Holdings (where he receives salary and bonses, including those when CEO. Flagged as 'related party' in reports)
In 2020, these totalled c21% (10% + 6% + 5% respectively).
At June 2022, due to share issues, they totalled 18% (9% + 5% + 4%).
At June 2023, due to Cornerstone merger and increase in number of shares, they totalled c14% (7% + 4% + 3%).
Nick/Samuel is no longer shown as a substantial shareholding since he is below the 3% threshold (2.99% I think!).
But Nick is still showing as holding c90m shares. The only change since 2020 appears to be small sales in Non-beneficial holdings for the Mather Foundation.
In conclusion, I don't think anything has really changed with DGR, Tenstar and Nick's holdings.
It is 'dilution' from the Cornerstone merger that has resulted in the %s being lower, and Nick (via Samuel) no longer needing to report.
IMPORTANTLY, Nick's interests in the company have remained consistent:
c90m in 2021 (c3.9%, matches the corporate presentations for "Samuel Holdings Group (Mather)")
c90m in 2025 (c2.99%)
