Up 4.09% @ $50.94. Yet we're down 3.26%.
Just topped up another 500 shares. What's not to like at these P.M. prices? Such was the volatility; it refused the first attempt. Got stung another 15 pence on the price.
We should have expected the late S.P. retreat. Had a feeling it would end much lower than the 72 pence upwards peak. Kicking myself really. That's what greed can easily accomplish.
Yes, Mr Spock! ๐
You're right, Bugger the... It's not only Fresnillo.
That's more like it - Silver up 4.2% @ $50.89. Let's see what they make of that.๐ค
Within a cat's whisker of $50/Oz silver, yet the S.P. is in reverse again. The last โฌ7/Oz hasn't accounted for anything. ๐คจ
If you look at the long-term history of Gold & Silver; it's just the opposite. Gold would be massively higher during the period when the London markets aren't trading. It's London that's the Monkey Hammer.
The S.P. is still less than when silver was $6/Oz less - 43 - 44 Oz. Surely something has to give - and stop calling me Sherley!
Thar Gold blows - over $4,000/Oz! ๐ค
Quoth... Looks like your feelings were correct!
This ยฃ23 - ยฃ24 range is certainly taking some shifting. Despite the best effort of Silver & Gold. We've probably been spoilt this last few weeks.
Good start from Gold & Silver, whilst most were probably kipping.
Quoth... It's just a pity that Fresnillo went in the opposite direction - again! ๐
A nice spike in Silver at close. Up $1.31 or 2.79%. Bodes well for the long run.
True fog... However, everyone thought that RR got ahead of itself, but look at the results. Once the financials sink in, who knows what the potential is.
We can't complain overall - it's been the best performing stock on the FTSE 100 this year, by a country mile. However, it is valid to discuss the recent disconnect between the precious metals & the S.P.
Bang on, Autonomy1
Here we go again on opening. Silver up 13 cents - Fresnillo down 50 pence. Makes you wonder how bad it could get if Silver retreats?
I witnessed this, much to my cost, with RR three years ago. I'm convinced they're trying to throw us off the scent - not going to make the same mistake again! This'll really motor again once further financial news is revealed. ๐ซฃ
