Yet they still managed to knock it down at open, despite a rosier picture.

They'll probably still find an excuse to hammer it.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry?

Down £30k on paper, but it could have been nearer £40k.

From minus 90 pence, today, to plus 56 pence, has to be considered quite a relief - especially after last Friday's carnage.

At the end of the day, supply & demand will decide where we end up.

Manipulation is alive & well.

Considering we've had a circa £2.50 rise in the S.P. in the last four trading days; today's retrace is only to be expected.

I'm of the opinion we should be closer to £33 - £34, with precious metals as they are - perhaps I'm biased.

If I'm not mistaken - this is the 3rd day on the trot that Fresnillo has finished 12 pence up?
