Just managed to sell 500,000, it took a while.

Just tried to sell various amounts from 500,000 shares to 100,000 with ii, all failed.

I’m sorry, but aren’t PRD paying fees for this fund raise? PRD didn’t write the prospectus and it shouldn’t be a “Copy and Paste” job from previous RNS’s. The Prospectus issued on 31 Jul 2023 @ 16:35 RNS Number : 7899H states:

The net proceeds of the Placing will be used for completion of an extended rigless testing programme for MOU-1, MOU-3 and MOU-4, commencement of CNG development studies and tendering for long lead items, residual MOU-4 well costs and general working capital. NOTE: No mention of further drilling. Yet the following RNS...........

The result of the placing on 1 Aug 2023 @ 07:00 RNS Number :8163H states:

Predator is operator of the Guercif Petroleum Agreement onshore Morocco which is prospective for Tertiary gas less than 10 kilometers from the Maghreb gas pipeline. The MOU-1 well drilled in 2021 is being prepared for a follow-up testing programme to coordinate with a further drilling programme to move the project to a CNG development stage.

Our brokers I assume are earning good money from this fund raise, so surely they should check the documents prior to making them public?

I am a shareholder and will continue to be so, but I have always found in business that it’s important to keep your clients/customers informed, clearly there is a discrepancy in the facts.

Are we drilling or not?

Thanks Roger. Just appears too obvious to be Allwyn's but I understand why taking over the National Lottery might require a listing. However, when has a listing ever helped provide added financial protection to investors. As for the number of shares in issue and based upon my holding, I don't thing there are too many shares floating around.

I've sold a few earlier today so I'm not complaining. It's just frustrating when you can buy "unlimited" shares and then face difficulty in selling. I'll just sit it out and hope the 1.4 limit sell order gets filled.

I'm not being negative but been trying to sell for over 30 mins, tried various sell orders but none being accepted with Interactive Investors. Just be mindful. It's great to have a paper profit but if you can't sell!

Did PH purchase acting as a middleman, if so who purchased the 9% ? If the 9% was sold as one lot then perhaps the purchaser will issue a late TR1 , Stranger things have happened.

Interesting that Stike Bidco Limited was only set up in May 2023 and that Strike Limited is not willing to purchase PB directly! Perhaps they want to protect the assets of Strike Limited just in case the new company fails.

Hi All, having trouble understanding the following trades from yesterday: 15:23pm 11,203,810 shares and the 16:24pm 3,750,000 + 17.06pm 7,273,810 ? The combined shares of the last two trades add up to 11,203,810. Can anybody shed some light on these transactions? sales or purchases

SD235 and your message @ 08:59 Insurance companies per se do not own commercial property, it's Pension and Investment funds that do. Anybody with a Pension fund could be invested in commercial property along with owners of Unit Trusts. The problem as experienced in previous collapses in commercial property is that insurance companies can close the funds so that no withdrawals can be made. I'm sure there are other board members that will have knowledge of this situation. In short a commercial property collapse should not per se bring down the share price as L & G PLC do not own a large portfolio of commercial property, in fact some of their offices previously owned have been sold and leased back.
