I keep googling about this company, they have many projects going....and a lot of people keep saying that it is undervalued. However, I pay a lot of attention on financial statements, after all, if a company has a good financial situation, they will still be around even if they miss one or two targets. But if a company's finance is a mess, they are less likely to stand a chance if they miss the target they promised. The fundamental of this one is sound, but finance is a bit of a mess, I was wondering if I have missed anything important in my analysis that this company could actually make it through the challenging. I also wonder why they dun do a placing to reduce or sort out their debt?
this company has negative equity, and their debt is so high, in their rns it states "The Company announces that it has entered into a rolling, monthly working capital facility (the "Facility") with Farmer Business Developments plc ("Farmers"), who hold 299,696,768 Ordinary Shares, representing 26.79 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The Facility, which has no maturity date and is repayable on demand, is unsecured and any drawdowns will accrue interest at a rate of 5 per cent. per annum." From trading statement "In the absence of new funds being raised from new investors, the Company will be reliant on the financial support of its existing shareholders and creditors to enable it to continue to trade." can someone kindly explain to me how this company is undervalued? all i can see is this company can go to administration if the loan is demanded. their fundamental is sound, but their finance is a bit worrying.
that many rns had been issued stating something again and again were to attract new investors, and pump up the share price, so the bods can raise funding at a higher placing price. unfortunately, it didn't seem to work and we are almost certain to see a very massive dilution at a much lower sp if they manage to find some funding for the project. I am happy for the company to do a placing at a much lower sp to raise the fund required for next development, and we could move on from there. once funding is sorted, the company will fly, as the potential is huge. only MO of course.
We should and Keep going... The number of likes is decreasing.... I love it even if I can't get back my money. Next target < 50k, then 40<
A link for a cooperation on Facebook was also deleted. This broad may soon be deleted as well. :(
has been removed? i was saying if this bb is removed, we should go to their website and everyone leave a comment and see how their reputation will go. anyone know how to find the directors' trading record, if they dumped their share in the last minutes, then it's certainly inside trading and it is therefore illegal?
To those that have this idea and take the actions!
Very disappointed with the result.... Well, a very good lesson for me.
Maker cap 2.17 million, 10/ 2.17 *1.38 = 6.35. Not sure my calculation is right or not though.
Another 10 millions will be nice....
Tavistock is also a cash shell right? With good management, I think it could be a good thing?
The deal must more than 15 millions? If not, why bothered? Cos whether the deal is done or not, the company still has nothing left after paying back all the debt?
Now, at least it is not game over yet!!
Lol.... No only hold a few more....
Sorry have a question, from news we know that TVZ has already entered a deal with the buyer. Why would they issue such a RNS to scare shareholders? Why can't they say they have to suspend the trading cos an offer/deal is on the table?
Hope the deal has maximised shareholders values.... Hope my share is at least worth something.
Hi, went to REH website, and it stated "The Board of Directors has reached the decision that it would be in the best interests of shareholders to dispose of all of the Company's assets and return the net proceeds to them by way of a cash distribution, or such other return of capital that is deemed most efficient at the time, having taken the necessary advice." haven't been following this company, but it seems the future it is not quite bright. I thought they have two project going on, one in poland and the other in wales, what happen to them? thank you for your reply.
thank you for clarifying this. Read someone where ppl said the company may delist from AIM. Thanks
Hi I was wondering what will happen to the current shareholders if AKR happen to delist from AIM London? Thank you for ur reply... Gla
